Abstract

This publication is intended to provide a comprehensive picture of the level of population empowerment in the fields of education, health, and purchasing power of the population. These three indicators serve as a measure of achieving Human Development success in Luwu Utara Regency. In addition, this publication also accommodates Updates to the National Statistics System, namely through the application of HDI Calculations using the New Method. It is hoped that the use of new methods can better reflect the Progress and Development of Human Development in the Luwu Utara Regency.
